If you’re touring around the City of Melville later this year, you may notice a few more murals gracing the city.

The city’s Youth Council, in collaboration with local schools and the Melville Comprehensive School art and construction classes, will be creating several murals that tell the unique stories of Melville while celebrating its history, culture, and values.

This project is funded by a grant of just under $18,000 from the Painted Hand Community Development Corporation.
