A raccoon caused a commotion at New York’s LaGuardia Airport when it dropped from the ceiling in the Marine Air Terminal, near Spirit and Frontier Airlines gates. A traveler captured the chaotic scene on video, showing the animal dangling from a cord before falling and running past a TSA checkpoint. Passengers and staff scrambled to avoid the raccoon, while alarms blared. In the viral footage, a man attempts but fails to trap the raccoon in a trashcan. The Port Authority later captured the animal and released it outside the airport.
