The SJHL’s Melville Millionaires have acquired another veteran forward to add to their roster for 2024/25 season.
They’ve acquired 19 year old forward Edward Knittig from the Selkirk Steelers (MJHL) for a player development fee.
Hailing from Annaheim, Saskatchewan, Knittig scored 6 goals and 13 assists (19 points) in 43 games with the Steelers last season.
This isn’t his first time in the Parkland region—he netted 19 goals and 35 points in 44 games with the Yorkton U18 AAA Maulers during the 2022/23 campaign.
The Mils kick off their training camp on Friday, Aug 30th at the CN Community Centre.
